KH7MASSISTED HIGHMany thanks to Max, KH6ZM, for the use of his great station for this contest. I decided to go assisted because of my scant knowledge of the propagation from Zone 31. HP also made it easier and Max's solid state amp was exceptionally easy to use remotely.
KI1PASSISTED HIGHFirst 160 contest. Had fun
KK4BZSINGLE-OP QRPFirst time operating QRP in a large contest. Lots of fun.
KM8AMSINGLE-OP HIGHThanks to everyone for a great time. I apologize for my my poor receive due to local noise. It was hard to move on when I knew someone was calling. I will try to fix that. Many stations with great signals and audio for the contest! It's fun to begin to re
KR2QSINGLE-OP HIGHOperated less than 2 hours. No DX. Nice to work old friends and new guys too.
KS7TSINGLE-OP HIGHWhat a deterioation of condx in this one compared to the CW weekend and a high noise level here didn't help. Only stn I hrd on east coast was N9GB In GA. He had PNW Callers but not hearing them despite being a real s9 here.
KV4ZYSINGLE-OP LOWCasual operating just for fun.
KW6SSINGLE-OP HIGHTest effort, back in force next year!
KX9RTSINGLE-OP LOWI believe this is my first SSB CQWW Contest. I have enjoyed the CW contest the past few years and had a great time using a microphone this time. I was able to make a bunch of contacts on a modest inverted-L and 100W, so I consider that a success.
LA5LJAASSISTED HIGH180 watt into W8AMZ sloper
LB9RESINGLE-OP HIGHWeek conditions as last year and few DX stations. Sorry!
LY0NASSINGLE-OP LOW36m long wire at max 8m heigh in country - low noise Kenwood TS-570D, 100W output only Second time on 160m, but it was really a challenge
LZ2JEASSISTED LOWAnother participation out of respect to the competition,....
M0NKRASSISTED HIGH1st time entry in this contest, good fun. being an early morning late evening contest mean a normal day to do other things. Need to work on some receive antennas next project
N0UKSINGLE-OP LOWWell, that proved that although the 51 foot Field and Stream Special (end-fed wire suspended from a 20’ fishing rod) actually hears relatively well on Top Band - living on the fifth floor with an extremely poor counterpoise for a “ground”, it absolu
N1DPMSINGLE-OP HIGHMy first real effort in this contest and I had a blast! Can't wait until next year!
N2BEGSINGLE-OP HIGHOnly spent a little over 7 hours on, missed Friday night totally. conditions were poor. No EU, (heard, just not worked) very few Caribbean stations heard also. activity seemed down.
N2HMMASSISTED HIGHRough Conditions
N3JTASSISTED HIGHI was surprised at 5:30 pm local time Saturday hearing I5SVA at a true 57 but when I looked on QRZ.COM and saw his antenna I understood why. My antenna explains why he had trouble copying me, though he ultimately succeeded.
N4XDSINGLE-OP HIGHDifficult conditions but still fun. Thanks for sponsoring the contest.
N8HKUSINGLE-OP LOWA few hours on Saturday night
N8VWSINGLE-OP HIGHHaven't heard 160m this bad in a while. Still, it is 160m and bad 160m is better than no 160m. Surprised my puny inv-l with a sad amount of radials worked well. Started out low-power, but decided that I needed a bit more so powered up the amp. 50
N9TFASSISTED LOWThis year turned out to be a NA contest for this station. Always fun to see what the Top Band might have in store. Split my time between CQ160 and the NAQP. Wasn't sure I would be able to break 200 Qs with propagation as short as it was. Felt good to brea
NA5NNSINGLE-OP QRPAlways nice to hand out "Mike Sugar"
ND0CSINGLE-OP QRPExercise in futility: QRP with poor antenna
ND8DXSINGLE-OP HIGHLACKLUSTER CONDITIONS TO SAY THE LEAST RESULTED IN THE LOWEST SCORE SINCE 2002. SUNDAY MORNING BROUGHT QRN TO THE SOUTH THRU WEST, PRECIP STATIC NORTH THRU EAST. THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO HUNG IN THERE AND GAVE "FILLS" WHEN NEEDED DURING THAT PERIOD. IT ALS
NE1BASSISTED HIGH-Splatterfest 2021! -NA stations on top of Europeans. -Band is too small for the huge # of contesters! -Crank up the compression and KWs and you win!
NO9EASSISTED HIGHGood contest although poor DX conditions. Trying my new QTH with 7 beverages, Flex 6600 and Expert 1.3k. Last year I used an inv L to a 70 ft tree with 4 elevated radials. This year it is 100 ft shunt fed tower with 36 radials. More QSOs than ever (not ma

PJ4DXASSISTED HIGHWorst conditions ever! I can normally work Europe easily enough on 160 SSB but I only heard two EU stations the whole weekend, neither of whom could hear me. I also called many, many USA stations who could not hear me. Only two Canadians heard and worked,
